the flavors have been grown out of modern massed farmed vegetables. just bland .

i live in a small town where the veggies are locally grown on small personal farms

garlic, soy sauce, almost any naturally grown veggie taste good.

locals always ask me if i like chinese food. fresh veggies, yeah

Probably three cups of spring mix, one baked sweet potato cut up into it, a cup of steamed cauliflower, probably half a cup of broccoli, a huge amount of purple onion in there. To night, another sweet potato, another cup of steamed cauliflower and a cup of steamed broccoli. I put olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it.
