A lawsuit claims the Acacia Mansion in Ojai was unknowingly rented to a pornographic film company which damaged the property and illicitly filmed there.
A woman has filed suit against a porn company for allegedly filming a hardcore gay porn at the historic mansion she rented on Airbnb.
The Smoking Gun acquired a lawsuit filed by Kristina Knapic, the owner of Acacia Mansion in Ojai. Knapic's lawsuit claims she thought she was renting the property to a "group of friends" on summer vacation. Instead, the suit alleges that gay porn actor/director Michael Lucas (real name Andrei Treivas) used the property as a set for a pornographic film.
The details of the suit are, for lack of a better term, pretty gross:
On August 16, 2015, after Defendants vacated the Property, Plaintiff entered the Acacia and immediately noticed that the Property was filthy (enema kits were found throughout the house — on the floor, in the beds, in nightstand drawer and in the trash; various sexual devices were found in the beds and in the trash; the hot tub water was brownish in color; and the linens were stained brown.)
While cleaning the property, Knapic says she found a business card for Lucas Entertainment, Treivas' production company. She googled him and found his Facebook page showing him filming "on location" at Acacia Mansion.
The suit seeks compensation for property damage, emotional damages and breach of contract, among other things. It lists "extensive damage," including semen and fecal matter on linens, carpets, walls and ceilings, that resulted in lost revenue while the property was decontaminated. The suit also seeks to stop Lucas Entertainment from distributing any photos or videos filmed on the property.
Treivas issued a statement to Queerty refuting all of Knapic's claims and alleges she is a "professional extortionist" who maintains a "fairly well-equipped sex dungeon in the basement, complete with a sex swing, whips, chains and miscellaneous bondage paraphernalia."
"Simply stated, there is no basis whatsoever to this claim, and we have photographic evidence to prove that,"Treivas says in the statement. "Ms. Knapic was a resident in a guest house on the premises during our entire stay. Our windows faced her windows, we shared the yard and garden, we shared laundry facilities. If there were any activity which would have resulted in the damage she now claims, it would have been evident."
