Not sure how believable this is.

1. Colby's conditioning is too good to be lazy in training.

2. He's been calling out Woodley for more than a year. Fighters typically don't chase fights they know they'll definitely lose. He even worked his way up to an interim belt to secure a shot at Woodley.

Curious what the truth is behind all the talk.

Actually Colby has a shit rep with a LOT of ATT guys in Florida. From what I was told, he gets son-ed a lot.... Yes he's got good cardio, has decent wrestling, but I can see him being this kind of bitch when things don't go his way.

Colby had probably done 20 rounds before woodley woke up. By looking at the cardio and pace i dont see how woodley can talk about lazy. But hes obviously explosive
