I don't think Ngannou would win, but people don't seem to realize that the criticisms they're making against Ngannou largely apply to Wilder too.#boxingstriking in two gifs lol
Watch this Wilder 'highlight' video and feel sheepish. HW boxing is not the technical wonderland you think it is.

Yep. I'm sure Wilder would just easily KO him, but I get the idea behind the freak fight.I don't think Ngannou would win, but people don't seem to realize that the criticisms they're making against Ngannou largely apply to Wilder too.
That is a very good point. Conor definitely was close to finishing that fight in the first couple rounds
You know Conor was ahead on the cards going into the 3rd, right?
and apparently almost finished the fightYou know Conor was ahead on the cards going into the 3rd, right?
Sounds like the same description for Wilder.francis cant even box. he can punch hard but that is it
First off that's a really weird way to describe finishing two rounds. You know Conor was ahead on the cards going into the 3rd, right?
Also you'll have to post the scorecard because that doesn't seem accurate.
Title of the thread is borrowed because that's what was said lol. Just pulling the thought into its own thread. To the title of this thread: Lol, no.
Yeah so... Your statement doesn't match the card.
Majority draw. Sorry, I forgot that Conor was in the middle of being robbed.Yeah so... Your statement doesn't match the card.
By version do you mean they both have hands and use them to punch people, because that's the closest we can get to comparing them.Wilder.
Ngannu is a much worse version of the Fury that found Wilder the first time.
That's not true. They both share a certain physical feature...By version do you mean they both have hands and use them to punch people, because that's the closest we can get to comparing them.

But then you're strikingly measured in your description of things you support.Nobody (non-retarded) is saying Ngannou is a proper boxer like Fury or AJ. They are saying "Wilder is a big powerful spaz boxer who KOs better technical boxers than him, so why not see what happens when we match him up with an even less technical big powerful spaz boxer instead".
Not great logic, but there's certainly more intrigue in the outcome than Conor-Mayweather, and that's the incredibly low bar that has been set
There's nothing weird about posting a gif of technical flaws in MMA boxing, but it is weird when we are talking about Wilder, hardly the poster child of technical boxing himself. Maybe I read into it.you always put words in other people's mouth when you want to disagree with them
But then you're strikingly measured in your description of things you support.
This thread is nothing more than pulling an ongoing argument from the internet into its own thread for a poll.
There's not more to it than that.
anybody in the top 15 of HW boxing knocks out Ngannou in < 8 rds. Deontay has the touch to do it in 2.By version do you mean they both have hands and use them to punch people, because that's the closest we can get to comparing them.
There's a reason boxing doesn't have 5 minute rounds...Francis has gas tank issues in a sport where the punch rate of HWs is comical.
Is it because they have 3 minute rounds? There's a reason boxing doesn't have 5 minute rounds...
