Abso-fucking-lutely. Since day one.
Been going through their entire WWE/WCW catalogue. Since I do most of my work from home, I usually have an ep playing in the background at my desk. Currently on Raw 219 which was July 21. 1997.

It's funny you say that. When I was a little beard we never had cable, so that meant that our only option was WWF on Saturday afternoons. Sometimes I'd catch WCW at Grandma's house, but now that I'm older and have access to it, I can't get enough of the old WCW/NWA stuff.
Negative. I completed my ecw pilgrimage and cancelled the network.

I had it for three months last year then cancelled. Just not enjoying the product enough to get it back yet and they don't have enough new old content for me to binge watch yet.
