Why does someone have to lose?
He signed a contract for X-amount of fight for X-amount of money
IF UFC offers him X-amounts of fights then they owe him nothing.
He also has every right to turn down a fight, but if he does then he won't get paid

This is ridiculious. Plenty of guys that would (and have) cleaned house in the UFC. Some that came over (Bendo) after winning UFC belts and got their clocks cleaned in Bellator. This narrative that Bellator only has over the hill rejects on their roster is CNN worthy bullshit.

It's really not the higher echelons of the UFC, and it never will be.
People used to say this same shit about Strikeforce. 'Strikefarce', B leagues, etc. All those guys did when they were brought over is f'n wreck shop...
Fighters at least have the excuse that getting emotional is almost a pre-requisite for being a fighter.
