I think it's the fact that her somewhat broken English, makes her seem humble and shy...when she's actually very confident and aggressive. It's weird lol. But yeah, she's a special individual. Pretty, confident, and a legit badass when that octagon door closes. She is a badass. And she has something that draws people to her. I don't know what it is.
She's fucking bad ass
Her stare down is some creepy alien shit though, but it works for her!
Curious Fiend. Did you find Carla to be genuine? Maybe I've got her all wrong, but I've always gotten the impression that she's somewhat self-entitled/snooty...but has been coached well in PR.First off, Joanna is really cool in person. Even during her weight cut, she was still nice to everyone. And for this fight, she is the one who generated the attention by being herself and telling Carla how it was. I'll admit I was a Carla fan going in, but after meeting both of them and seeing how genuine Joanna was, I changed sides. I even bet on Joanna! She is nice looking as well, with the accent!!
Hey new member, welcome! Make sure you check out the Easy Guide to Posting Here thread in the Site Feedback & Help forum. That will help you navigate the forum much easier than trying to figure it all out on your own. Enjoy! She was amazing. Would love to see her and JoJo Calderwood.
Same here. The two match-ups that make sense to me stylistically are JoJo or Thug Rose. I think those two would be exciting fights w/ Joanna. She was amazing. Would love to see her and JoJo Calderwood.
Don't get me wrong, Carla was nice. She's approachable and likes the attention. I would say yes, she's borderline self-entitled/snooty. It could be due to her coaching, cause Colin Oyama acted like a douche. It may not be fair to Carla, since I'm comparing her to Joanna and Tecia.Curious Fiend. Did you find Carla to be genuine? Rose and Calderwood are great strikers as well but they don't have that type of power or nice combos like we saw last night.^^^ Agree. And I don't see any 115 pounder beating her for a LONG time. With that TDD and the best striking in the division...she could reign for years.
Yeah, I dont see either of them beating her. I think Rose has the better chance of the two, especially if she can get it to the ground...but we saw how difficult that is to accomplish last night.Rose and Calderwood are great strikers as well but they don't have that type of power or nice combos like we saw last night.
