Lots of ways to do it. Hardly my area of expertise... But closed reduction and percutaneous pinning is a common fix. Depends on the rotation of that fracture. Can only see one view here. I'd expect a 6-8 week healing time.
Percutaneous pins are pulled out, yes. Implanted hardware is not.
I had a pulled out pin...holy shit it felt weird when you bum the pin on something ...my finger ended up a mess and is barely functional...this was 1994 though
