So many goodies around this time of year that sometimes are traditionally only sold around this time of year. You couldn't possibly try them all. So it's pretty necessary to have some kind of glossary and index what types of holiday chocolatey treats you have available where you are and whether they are any good.
I traditionally get a lot of Lindts Lindor and seashells as gifts this time of year. All good creamy type chocolates. American chocolate is very sweet though so keep that in mind.
Creamy immitation truffle chocos
Lindor is like the grey poupon of chocolate for working class people like me. A+
Guylian Seashells
There are lot of inferior names putting out seashell chocolates but Guylian is the name brand. Marbled exterior chocolate with hazelnut truffle like interior. Kind of tastes like if chocolate bar had a baby with a jar of nutella. Delicious but I find them a little too sweet. C
Moritz Icy
It's like a zero bar in little squares. I was told these are pretty iconic Holiday chocolates. I really like these types of oily melty chocolates. These are usually very afforable too. C-
Andes Mints
I really likes these. They're thin and minty and affordable like icy squares. Obviously this appeals to those who like mint chocolate like I do. B
