And it wasn't my finest moment. I'm battling a cold and I called into the podcast on the final leg of a 7 1/2 hour drive. I was toast, and I'm sure the interview reflected it. Also, a lot of the questions were geared around The UG and I really wanted to try and be diplomatic, while telling our story. I just found it difficult to communicate things well tonight for whatever reason. After the interview I thought of several things I would have like to have touched on, but I'm fried from a long day.

So apologies in advance for not representing the community very well everyone. I'll do better the next time, or let Splinty @Splinty represent us.

And apologies to Leigh @Leigh for very likely mispronouncing your name as well.

Thanks Bob Carson MMA @Bob Carson MMA for having me on and providing a platform to tell our story.

You probably came across better than you think you did.

I will have to look for this episode.

You seriously did fine Wild @Wild. You hit some good highlights about this forum: great technology, the atmosphere here, live fight night discussions; and did not bash other forums significantly.

If you were terrible, than I am equally as terrible. Maybe the questions were too much about the UG.
While there were a lot of questions about the UG, it’s no secret that quite a few people here came from the UG or post both places. I thought that the interview came across fine; I would be curious to hear what an MMA fan not affiliated with either this place or the UG thought about it.

Yes, Wild @Wild i agree, and appreciate you welcoming others to go through the fight night threads and witness my drunken banter. Can I get a drunken legend tag?

By the way, other than the questions and answers being redundant at time, there was nothing wrong with the interview. You were not crisp at times, but your southern accent gives you an excuse.

Nah man, I enjoyed talking about it. You do a great job. One thing I really wanted to point out but didn't think of during the episode was dozens of forums have attempted to compete with the UG and Sherdog over the past 15 years, and they all failed. To my knowledge, we're the only one that's been able to not only remain sustainable, but continue to grow. I'm really proud of that and wish I would have pointed it out.

I nominate myself as tmmac spokesman.

If I had done that interview we would likely be on NBC news
