As we near the New Year, as is always the case and prematurely we will be bombarded
with the barrage of "Best Of" lists.
From Best Restaurants and Attractions, to Top 100 charts, Grammy's, and everything in-between.

I'm preeeeeeeety sure TMMAC has a better handle on everything than these idiots,
so let's hear YOUR picks for the best movies of 2017.

Personally I haven't hit the theatres 10 times(like most of us I'm sure), so if it's a top 3 that's cool too.
Hoping to see some good picks within the English language, Indies, and abroad with subtitles.

What are your favorite and/or quality picks for pics?

Here are some of the movies released in the U.S. in 2017, in order of Box Office success.

This is just reminding me how crap I've been this year with going to the cinema, booked a preview for Star Wars next week though.
Can't believe I've not been to Thor, Bladerunner or IT.

Of the list I have seen, I'd say Guardians of The Galaxy 2. Those movies are so entertaining, I'm a sucker for Baby Groot. John Wick 2 was brilliant in an escapism way too.

I only saw like 20 minutes of it, had a domestic and had to turn it off. Macavoy said it was his favourite role too.
You will like it for sure.

It's a good flick. Lots of weirdo stuff

Still gotta see a lot of the films that will likely be up for awards

The Shape of Water

Call Me by Your Name

And Paul Thomas Anderson's Phantom Thread comes out on Christmas. Get hype!

I couldn't get to see blade runner because of limited times for the non 3D showings that I couldn't line up child care for. I fucking hate 3D and can't stand how theatres push it.

Oh and I've tried watching Wonder Woman on Demand in 3 different sittings and fallen asleep then too. I can understand that more so being I was at home but Thor was really loud and I still managed to sleep through it.

Had a major falling out during Star Wars, fell asleep for 95% of Thor and probably 90% of Justice League. Fuck did I really want to see the last two.
You are alienating me with your game of thrones, basement dweller type stuff lately....

Fuck, the only movie on that entire list I saw was "war of the planet of the apes" but I gave it a A+

one of the best movies I ever seen and the best planet of the apes movie for me

Also saw the newest Star Wars, but I dont see that here.

Edit, I do see it. I really liked it, I gave planet a 9.5 out of 10. And the Last Jedi a strong 7.5, very good movie. But many did not like it, I did and that is what matters lol.
