Im on call tonight. The hospital is already full. I can't admit anybody. There's a UFC on. This is like summer vacation suddenly happening a couple days early!

I am still covering in case stuff hits the fan with anybody that is already admitted. But if someone goes to the ER, the ER will stabilize and ship them to the nearest hospital with the capability to help them. Normally I would be getting those calls and seeing and admitting people as well as covering those arleady admitted.
