”I will (talk to Bellator president Scott Coker), but I want to do this rematch with ‘Rampage’ at Arena da Baixada, in Curitiba,” said Silva, citing the soccer stadium that held UFC 198 in 2016. “I’ll put this as a condition, to be in my hometown. Then it would be worth the effort. Money alone isn’t worth it, it has to be something more, and that would be fighting in front of my friends in Curitiba.”

”I’m kind of big, too, with 229 pounds,” Silva said. “I’m training a bit stronger. He’s fat. I want to beat him up like a roly-poly toy. I’d beat him up. I hate him so much.

”That knockout he gave me (at UFC 92), hit a lucky hand on my chin. And after I went down he went there and landed another one. I hate him. I only wait for the next one to return the favor. It will be a brawl, the way people want.”

Wanderlei Silva cites condition for fourth fight with ‘fat’ ‘Rampage’ Jackson

Wandy holds the edge 2-1 in their head-to-head contests. Their first fight was in 2003, more than 14 years ago!

I'd watch. It would be nice if Bellator could resist the urge to make this the main event, and have Lima or Pitbull main event instead. But I doubt it.

What else is he going to do? Commentary is out of the question and i doubt he has any employable skills.he could coach but who wants to learn how to throw looping punches and walk foreward like a berzerker
he should write a book.

Rampage still looking for revenge against Sakuraba and Shogun's ass.

Let them both get juiced to the tits and make the 4th a retirement fight for both.

why is wandy still fighting? he said in an article that he had 12 of the 15 symptoms of concussion experts.

Wandy: I Have 12 Of 15 Concussion Symptoms

He's a part of the old guard man, they live and die to fight ..they got into fighting because they loved it ..they were pioneers in a time when nothing was certain.

Today MMA fighters can look back on hundreds of fights and learn from all the old fighters ...but when Wandy and that old guard got in the game it was for pure passion and that showed with his fighting style.

Wand / Mark Hunt / Rampage and many others in that time frame will fight till they are dead ...its in their DNA ...they haven't been pussified by the current social structure ..they are living legends - modern warriors -- relics of a time long past that refuse to put down their shield....they go! they go! they GO TO THE DEATH!

These old fighters have become a caricature of themselves. They were great in the past, let it go. It's sad to see those guys at this point. Another thing that is diminishing the validity of an organization. That, and interim belts. Enough already.

Meh, let em fight one another if they want to continue competing, and are capable. There's still demand from a portion of the fanbase for them. I just don't want to see them matched up against young guns.

I think it takes away from their legacy, and also the validity of the sport. Unless, they'd fight in a veteran's league/division.

I don't know why Brock is in there, he's a legit fighter in his prime in that fight. As for the rest, yes, let's keep on doing shitty things because we've done it all along, good reasoning there.

Maybe the whole Juiced to the tits his entire career in the WWF - NFL - UFC: being juiced to the tits and having an unfair advantage over his opponent does not legitimize the sport.

Mark Hunt said it best:

Also UFC loses legitimacy when they pass up on legit ammy fighters across the globe for a guy who watched a couple dvd's and played slap ass on the USA network for a few years.

CM Punk getting a shot over legit Ammys fighting tooth and nail was B.S

Couture Vs. Toney....UFC can do that fight....but how long was Anderson Silva asking for the Roy Jones Jr fight?
