My Local Hospital is restructuring their policies, they are no longer hiring LPN's and they are asking their current RN's to go back to school and get their Bachelors Degrees..but on their own dime, The Hospital will not be helping these employed RN's with their further education schooling. This is just one example of many new policies they are rolling out .....This has forced some Nurse Supervisors / Doctors to quit in the recent year.

Thoughts on this @Splinty ?


Is this really a way of destroying a long tenured well run hospital into the ground ...what's the bid-ness behind dis?
