I love everything you are saying, but the title shot stuff is pretty ridiculous. I tink at bset Perry will be a top 15 guy, I don't see him ever being top 10, and though he's still young and will get better, he just does not have that upside in my view. Now I would love to see him beat Colby's whack smug grin off his smug face.

Perry has KO power and Heart, the two things he's good at is very hard to train for, he already has it, just need to channel it the right way with the right consistent camp and I can see him going pretty far. He also has good charisma, might be bit rude against his opponents but who gives a fuck, they're going to fight, pretty harmless compared to how the Diaz or Conor are vs their opponents.
He needs more wrestling, grappling for sure, and maybe work on strike defense a bit more
Colby can wrestle all day, and we all saw him nullify Demian Maia, Usman is also a wrestler, not that interesting match up, at the best, they'll hug each other for 3rounds. but Perry has high chance of catching Colby clean, plus this drama is already unfolding, who wouldn't want to see opportunity of Colby face planting?
Bro I agree wtih your sentiment but you are off on Usman. What happens when 2 standout wrestlers fight? It's never a hug contest, its actually the opposite. They both are great in wrestling so neither is taking the other down, what will happen is both will be forced to stand with each other, meaning that Colby who got outstruck by Maia will be forced to stand with Kamaru who has devastating power and force on the feet.
Kamaru will fuck up Colby in a tremendous way, this fight needs to happen

Saying you think a fight will play out a particular way to due an actual skillset of one guy directly competing against the actual skill set of another guy may still be guessing to a degree but is not MMA math, that is MMA analyzing.
