I like Ortega, but I have to say Frankie here. Not too impressed with Ortega defensively in the stand-up, so I think Frankie gets the decision or else a 4th or 5th round tko.
But since I think that, Ortega will probably win.

He was clearly winning that round. Was outlanding Ortega like 2.5 to 1.
But it only takes one shot, and that elbow was beautiful
like I mentioned in the other thread, Frankie relies on fear of his takedowns to win the striking exchanges. 99% of fighters who Frankie closes on like that will drop their hands and dig for underhooks. But Brian isn't afraid of anyone taking him to the ground.
I also think that Frankie's advantage in the stand-up had started to wane. He was pressing, but Brian was in a 5 rd fight on < 4 weeks notice against Frankie Freakin Edgar, a guy known for breaking fighters with his pace. But at least a minute before 'that shot', Brian had established his striking at his range. Frankie was anxious to do damage when he closed inside that range, but underestimated Brian's ability to strike at Frankie's range.
