Where i worked in California it was a fine able offense to smoke in the downtown area. The rest of my office (or building I guess, the people not in my department) had set break times in the day where they would go for thier smokes.
I didn't, I did whatever I want because I'm a thug. I used to go for at least twice as many smoke breaks as I needed.
Cost me a lot of money in smokes tho
