Simple question, not trying to be incendiary. Just speaking for myself, I believe in the alien theology perspective. It simply makes more sense than some all seeing super being.

It depends how deep shit i'm in. I've been having cluster headaches for last two months, without a single prayer, though. So guess i'm not that religious...

FYI, I believe in Alien's seeding us, but I also believe in a Singular God , you don't have to sub 1 for the other FYI

Theres not a lot of difference between me and a religious fanatic.

Of the 4200 world religions, religious people tend to believe in 1 of them, I believe in none of them - so its just 1 difference.

I'm not, but I'm also not yell in your face atheist either. I've prayed recently just to hedge my bets for other people just in case.

I was brought up very Christian. Sunday school, church choir, the lot. Just not for me anymore.

I believe in a higher being.

I was brought up Roman Catholic and it was in my face all the time....school during the week, church on Sunday, CCD classes after church on Sunday.
It really was way too much and for somebody like me, who I can only say requires proof of events or things, I just shut off listening after a while and finally failed CCD one year and my parents realised that it was all not right for me and let me skip CCD and then Sunday church after a while.
Also, I had one priest who always wanted me to be an altar boy and my dad just dismissed the idea with no reasoning behind not letting me.....the priest ended up getting busted for messing with kids years later.....who knows how many other kids he messed with......
