A big difference between Conor fans and Khabib fans is that Conor fans are realistic. Nobody is claiming Conor is the GOAT, we just appreciate him for what he is: a two division champ who is the most exciting in and out of the cage. He's the biggest draw in the sport and that has to be respected.
But you have Khabib fans, Joe Rogan included, who are saying shit like "he may be the most dominant athlete in MMA ever", talking about how he's the most dangerous guy in MMA, most feared, yadda yadda.
Why? Who did he beat? Barboza, MJ, and Al Iaquinta in this title run. That makes you the best? Wow, okay then.
