I do not ever pay for coffee. I refuse to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. I would rather save that money and put my kids through college. The only time I drink it is if it is free like at work or something.

I make a cup every morning in a little cone filter and a filter holder...one teaspoon of coffee
no sugar or dairy(even though I want lots of both LOL) for me I like black...but i only use 180 degree water so no bitter flavor
that is all I do per day...my lady likes 3 cups and cream sometimes
I agree I buy 10 dollar jar of coffee at costco and it makes like 150 cups of coffee.
Sometimes when you're out, you just want a drink and rather than my normal go into a bar, you want a cup of coffee. A hot cup of coffee for example in freezing December NY is really quite nice.
Definitely rather an Irish coffee though tbh.
