What do they do on the UG/OG if they need to pink someone? Do they just freeze them instead?
On the UG/OG they would freeze a person for a day, then sometimes just ban them outright. My ban on the UG, which some POS on here try to use against me was complete bs. There is a poster named bruiser brody who still to this day just fucks with everyones threads, he tells people he will fuck their Mom's and Dad's and just derails threads. All I kept asking mods, over 2 years, was to not let bruiser post on my threads, about 14 other posters on the UG still to this day will vouch for me about this, finally one day I got pissed and I pm'd Sagiv lapkin a mod and I told Him "what the fuck I been pm'g you for 2 years about this guy, you are doing nothing, which fucking mod's troll account is this guy"
and seconds later I was banned. I myself willingly brought up the ban on my first post on here because I did nothign wrong, yet some richard's on here use that against me as if they know what is up.
@Winston Wolf is on both the UG and here, and anyone can easily ask him to chime in and he will back up all I say.
@Rambo John J was also unfairly banned on there.But going by what I see on here , the same type of stuff happens here, you have the Conor trolls being allowed to derail threads and antagonize people,

@Wild so he can come back. But let's be real man - your behavior on here has at times gone beyond "defending yourself". I don't have any issues with you, and I recognize there are others that stir the pot (which is sometimes directed at you), but you have a tendency to post aggressively, you insult people, and in some cases it's you overreacting to a joke or misreading into a post. I have no idea what has kept you pink lately, so maybe I've missed something. But let's all just chill the fuck out on here and have fun

And he'll eventually be banned because instead of acknowledging he's overly aggressive, apparently doesn't respect the TOS, and confrontation follows him around here (i.e. maybe he's the problem)...he'll suggest that we (the staff) are a bunch of hypocritical assholes that play favorites. And then a couple here will try to make him out to be a martyr that was treated unfairly & suggest that I allow him to return.

Then I made a thread about how Khabib shouldn't have confronted Artem 30v1, and how he should have got off the bus and faced Conor, and all of a sudden we're mortal enemies out of no where. You're going into every thread I make and trolling me, even ones that have nothing to do with Conor or MMA. You're mass Drunking all my posts trying to offend me (I didn't care, I'm pretty sure it just adds to my rating score anyway). Mods had to lock one of my threads because you were shitting it up.
So don't act like a victim, people aren't running around just starting beefs with you. You need to learn how to actually converse with people in a decent manner. And if you get that wound up because I'm a Conor fan, or because I have this silly name, that's on you IMO.

And when you go off unhinged, at what you consider to be trolling, you don't think a few are going to post shit they know will trigger you even more? It goes both ways. How about trying another tactic for a bit and see how that works out? Interact with people without assuming they're trying to run game on you? Don't be so confrontational. Give people the benefit of the doubt first, and go on the defensive second. Blamers. Those that always think someone else is the problem and it is someone else that needs to change. Blame thinking means you do not have to take any responsibility nor own anything. It’s a trap and you will never learn when everyone else is to blame.
Always Righties. The “I’m right. You’re wrong. The end” kind of tactics. They need to win and will structure a conversation/argument anyway to get the outcome they need. Including damaging those around them.
Black and White Thinkers; They jump to conclusions based on small pieces of information and sometimes none at all. They are quick to label and quick to judge.
Catastrophisers; They tend to blow things out of proportion. Things are dramatic and “always” and “never” is common in their language.
Honesty is great but it should always be paired with some tact if you want to have some sort of discussion.
