i think they're trying to keep it under the radar. It's up to him to announce the punishment, USADA won't publicize it. And it will be retroactive to the dirty test, so there's no incentive to put the negative news out there now.

Steroids dont automatically mean you will look like he did on the right. On the right he was lifting a specific way, so if he was using at that time that is why.
