I was heading for food earlier and I spied someone from school who is now a woman! Didn't snap a picture. Needless to say he makes for the ugliest woman I ever saw. It was very surreal and it took my brain a couple of seconds to process it.

Can't say I'm surprised tho.

Just hasn't completed puberty and is pretty young and skinny I think.

Face doesn't really look syndromic.

Obviously these aren't the kinds of things you can always tell just by looking but doesn't strike me as anything than hilariously skinny kid

Physical rehab for a broken ankle

When I quit coke and cigarettes I didn’t get any withdrawals luckily
