Its no big deal to get it wrong (although I pm'd Wild @Wild 4 days prior to tell him & posted here 3 days prior that I was told it would be announced Fri)

but own the mistake. Nobody would go after him.
Dana was telling people no & so were his staff.
My guy was told in advance but not to report it publicly. But they wanted media ready for fri so a few were "told"

hahaha wanker. cheers man.

but anyway, in his defence aerial said 'still not done' - implying that it hasn't been sorted out yet but everyone is expecting it to get done soon.

'conor vs khabib is not happening' is an altogether different statement suggesting the fight hasn't been made and there is no realistic prospect of it happening in future.

op, it's of no particular consequence to me but are you bad at english? or trying to make aerial look even dumber than he does already?

I'm amazed Dana doesn't get guys to give him shitty info just to fuck with him.
I was going to say that I can't picture Dana doing that, but after thinking abut it ... I can totally see him doing that lol

Maybe not now though with ESPN, but certainly before he moved there.

who was he talking to there? what was going on?
He was talking to his “fans” and then went on the dan Patrick show and was acting like a bitch on that show “thanks so much guys, I don’t understand any of it, thanks guys so much, boo hoo”.......he gets on my fucking nerves tbh anymore.....

I think he meant no Conor and Khabib at the press conference, from where he was live tweeting. Look at the tweet a minute before for context.

I wouldn't trust Ariel to respect embargoed information if I was the UFC.

Real journalists always respect it.

Good point, but I am more surprised someone else did not tell him.
He obviously either didn't know or was told the reverse.
But its just silly to delete it. No fn big deal that he got this wrong.
But it was (to him) for whatever reason.
