to be fair, the ufc needs to step in at this point to save their goddam pay-per-view. get the man his favourite stack right away!
Comparison of pre/post USADA Brock:
He may have lost some, but he is still a monster. DC should hope he shrivels up quite a bit more than this before they get locked in a cage together.
What would you recommend he do, not necessarily to be as muscular as he was but to make up for the lack of capacity to build and carry as much muscle? When people who been been using steroids the majority of their weight lifting life begin to either stop for health reasons, old age whatever it is, will shrink significantly because that was how their base was built. If you are always eating on point and your lifting was build with time and grinding, it is not that easy to lose muscle, trust me.
By January he's gonna be able to tuck his tits in his shorts.
lolBy January he's gonna be able to tuck his tits in his shorts.
They might even make him wear a reebok sports bra, or a rash guard
Actually based on Brocks former style of training and his age right now (a few of our guys will love this because they know I love this) is high rep circuit training. Brock is naturally a very strong guy no matter what he did or does regarding weight lifting. Brock’s age and work etc at this point will inhibit any new crazy PRs or new crazy muscle growth (naturally that is) so he is best to work on his overall muscular endurance and his nutrition which is atrocious by the way. What would you recommend he do, not necessarily to be as muscular as he was but to make up for the lack of capacity to build and carry as much muscle?
Gymnastics?
Calisthenics?
Touch butt in the park?
I'm half kidding with these.
That is some seriously controversial stuff right there. Literally no one else in the world shares that opinion so, thanks for learnin us.When people who been been using steroids the majority of their weight lifting life begin to either stop for health reasons, old age whatever it is, will shrink significantly because that was how their base was built. It’s actually not. Most will tell you with base built from years of training and if you eating stays on point muscle doesn’t go away so easily. Look at Jay cutler. That is some seriously controversial stuff right there. Literally no one else in the world shares that opinion so, thanks for learnin us.
