The 70s habs team was such a powerhouse.
It’s mind boggling.
They had everything: skills size grit. You name it.
The red army played them in the late 70s. It was a memorable game.

I just realized I still have the autograph. Lots of people I'm sure have Habs memorabilia signed, but how many people have an autographed promo shot of him in an Oldtimers Hockey jersey with a Staples Business Depot patch?

When I was a kid, my friend liked Lafleur and would claim his shirt when we played road hockey.

So I claimed Bob Gainey's shirt and just like Gainey, I'd shut down the opposing team's scoring abilities and my friend would light up their net.

We ruled our street in ball hockey.
