A buddy of mine has one. They're really sweet dogs, just makes me laugh when people try to dress up the names. Reminds me of " No, no. It's a Purebred American Pit Bull Terrier"
Royal Bahamian Potcakes have been recognized as an official breed.... But yes, they're mutts who used to live on the beach and eat garbage from the local chicken shacks.
Very sweet dogs with very big personalities. Other than the fact they still have a strong pack mentality, they're great dogs.

No, really though, not many seagulls at this beach - Port Renfrew. Mostly just shore birds the dogs love to chase up and down the beach like they used to do in the Bahamas.
Oh, I didn't even know that we have a pet section. Anyway, I own a Pomeranian/Lhasa Apso mix breed named Shane. He's an adorable tyke who loves to hang out in our living room. We raised him ever since he was a pup and has been a bundle of joy for many years. He also likes to play catch in the backyard, though my wife (the cautious woman that she is) would fit him with one of those doggles (dog goggles) as a safety measure, just in case he decides to chase the ball in the bushes. He would cuddle up before bed time and lick us awake in the morning.

This is my fat meatball Daisy (she lived in a bed of daisies so it stuck). Now I grew up near a cemetery and people unfortunately would dump their kittens. So you’d see a lot of stray around the area. But this cat was like a prison gang leader. She was always in fights or pregnant.
But she had this one male cat I named Howard the Coward. Who was sweet as hell. She wouldn’t mate with him but she’d protect him and kind of bully him. (She’s a bitch).
Anyway I took a liking for the 2 of them and would sit outside in the summer and feed them both. Then winter came and I found Howard dead. So I took Daisy in. That was 05. Now Daisy is an old fat diabetic house cat, and she’s still a bit of a bitch. Military I love her.
