I never claimed otherwise. I'm not one of the battered wives that came here as a refugee. I post wherever takes my mood. Apart from sherdog. Because that's for gay people.
Who is crying about getting banned? Gaybo or Walt?

With lifting you can always quit, with running it's different cause you have to get back home.
Lifting requires more discipline and focus to not throw out your back.

running is simple, when i never wrestled we used to run 3.5 miles before practice up graphic blvd and back and then practice.
very easy.

weight lifting requires more discipline and effort......by far.........that is if you care and want to get in shape.

got 15 lbs of pudge to lose to be an efficient runner again
Then go running again, you already have the weight vest on (15lbs. of pudge). Running is the quickest way to lose it. Just get out and start running, even if only for 20 minutes. Running will help your bag work garanteed.

'yes sir
I have good cardio for kickboxing...but constant motion of running is a helluva workout...I do like 1.5 miles after a few rounds on the bag and I am feeling it

used to run 10 miles easy with 20lbs on back in those vibram five finger toe shoes(much harder than normal shoes IMO)

i would like to get back to that condition in case of apocalypse so i can be in top few percent conditioned humans

stopped running after emergency appendectomy and never fully resumed.
not a good excuse...I am perfectly healthy and strong for a 40 yr old fella...all joints are very strong
just took a break to heal and never resumed
Your dwarf like legs can’t help either.

Yes I know this
Quite type of different Cardio though.
More running saps power in my strikes but gives me more stamina...probably because I am lighter and leaner

I need to run more for sure, but not too much because it eats the muscle in the legs where my power comes from

20 to 30 minutes would be good for cardio, without effects on the legs.

Running is overall easier for most people over the long run (pun unintended) and also better for you.
Working out with body weight also requires a lot of discipline and imagination so things don't get stale.
The answer to the question really depends on a person's background, body type and fitness perspective.

Running doesn't affect your legs being in a caloric deficit affects your legs imo. I'm bout to go run 4 miles and squat and my legs ain't gonna get smaller. Because I'm gonna eat

Yep
When I run a lot I probably am not eating enough...I like to only eat one meal a day usually I eat all I want/can between 5-10pm.
no breakfast or lunch except maybe a couple pieces of jerky

LOL
It doesn't actually look that obvious.
except when getting pants can be harder to find the perfect fit and my reach is very evident in sports against other 6 footers

I think my big feet hold me back in speed for sure...but are a good platform for producing power and I have super good balance
can't sprint fast at all though

Karasu,

I have stopped lurking by there. The last times I did, I had to read about how I was banned due to having multiple accounts, which is total bullshit. People seem to believe it. I think they want to believe it. It helps to think there is a reason for all actions the mods take over there, because the alternative is to realize the site is run by petty, small-minded assholes who act capriciously and arbitrarily. If you accept that, then it’s harder to justify staying there.

I’ve been posting lots on Sherdog lately. I might make that place my permanent home because I like sucking on cocks.

For real though, see ya guys.
