in oregon you can have 4 adult plants at time, year around....I still have bud from 2015...so much I have no idea what to do with it...I actually threw a bunch on a small campfire just for the aroma because I needed the jar for this years harvest(no joke)
Black market is huge...but it is mostly people driving it to other states(Not into doing that illegal type of stuff anymore myself)
Dispensaries are for specialty strains, edibles, and CBD rich products...If you have green thumb and are 1000 feet from a school you will never need to spend $$$ on cannabis other than the clone/seed and 20$ in dirt and fertilizer.

That has been the general price points here too (pre tax) after they started taxing everything. We are just starting to see prices decrease across the board as this level out. The street stuff is really effecting the market and we are starting to see prices go down in the stores.
