After thinking about it, I would retract my statement that it's cowardice. That's not the right word because obviously sometimes you ignore people for your own mental health and everyone has the right to their own threshhold. My worries are more about the consequences en masse of ignore/block culture. I don't like online balkanization, but I don't like individual discomfort either.

Use as thou wilt, as I said.

kneeblock @Kneeblock, please read the thread below.

Fair To Say Ronda Is A Hypocrite? | Page 2 | The MMA Community Forum

The guy is clearly an idiot. I have pointed out that he is wrong. Someone else pointed out he was wrong. I have given him a rainbow. I haven't reported him cos it's not against TOS to be an idiot.

You think I'd be a coward to ignore him? I have no reason to want to read his posts.
I actually had you ignored at one point, along with a few others but decided I wanted to see what you were posting. Not sure it was the correct thing to do but I did it. I'm not scared of opinions that differ from mine. There's no reason to be.

I don't have anyone ignored now.

It's not a difference of opinion, he's factually wrong.

We all can't be right. What kind of world would that be?

A lot of heated discussion on here involves comparing one fighter to another or whole divisions to another and it's completely based on hypotheticals. Arguing imaginary situations is fun. I hope nobody is actually taking it seriously.

Read the thread. It's not a right or wrong issue, he quoted someone else and started running his mouth at me over it.

Oh. I see. Could have been an honest mistake though. A lot of people have similar opinions on here and sometimes it gets hard to remember who said what during a heated discussion, when fingers are hitting the keys at the speed of light. He got you mixed up with someone else who shall remain nameless because that dude doesn't need any more attention.

Every time you post you have a different avatar. Do you change it or is there an auto avatar changer function I don't know about?

I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I corrected him. He didn't pick up the hint and I'm not interested in reading anything else he has to post.

He's ignored.

I used to say ignoring was cowardice, but that was back when I was more motivated to destroy fools online. Now I block in order to avoid that dynamic.

The internet already has a tendency to lead you down the rabbit hole of your own imagination, and now you're going to limit it further cause someone said something dumb or mean? I dunno seems a bit silly to me. No one on here is an irredeemable wanker so the ignore button gathers dust long may it continue.

Yeah i'll limit it in rare occasions. I have a cutoff. If anyone sees the toy story meme, it's the last we'll ever talk. :)
