I want to start a video at the 2:23 mark and play it to the 2:56 mark, how would I go about this?

I just saw that they supposedly implemented support for start=000s&end=000s but I haven't tried it yet.Good looking out.
I didn't see it either.
Likewise, sometimes people will just reference the seconds #t=90s but that breaks my brain if the number is weird like 228 seconds

I’ve been back in the gym. First day back on bench I strained my shoulder. I think it’s a slight tear in my rotator cuff. So I haven’t done bench in three weeks. Stretching my shoulders good and doing the rotator cuff workouts.. It was a huge letdown. I was about to start back BJJ. I’m sticking with it though. Shoulder seems to be doing better this week.Congrats on slowing down on the drinking. I've tried but haven't had much success with that.
