This may be the first thing I've seen you post that doesn't actually look good. I'm sure it is. But you've set the bar for yourself too high.
You’re right, I wasn’t concerned about looks this time just getting people fed, I’ve got 3 exams and two assignments due between Monday and Tuesday and I need to get shit done. It did taste good though.

Marinated then fried pork chops, cheese and broccoli, rice and watermelon.





I’ve been studying and writing exams constantly. My wife came home with the kids and cooked this up for the family while I hung out with my daughter.

It was damn good.

Spinach cheese pie

At first I was disgusted by the enormous amount of cheese inside but then got used to it. I still think it's alot of cheese though. I don't think I would make again, it's not my thing.

Too much cheese at one time for oriental person. Felt heart attack comin on.
It looked beautiful though and had an interesting flavor.
