I like the onion and pepper suggestion. why the avocado oil? never used it. I live in Alaska and we're a little behind.
basically one of the healthiest and most versatile oil around...olive oil and coconut oil are healthy but break down at much lower heat and lose benefits and even burn
Advocado Oil has the highest smoke point and is the highest temp oil around...taste great
I have read sesame oil isn't that good for you, but of course it could be propaganda like when coconut oil was not good for you.
worth a try
I downloaded some info on cooking oils recently and was looking into it
info if you care
sesame oil
smoke point = 410 degrees
omega 6 to omega 3 ration = 42:1
Advocado Oil
smoke point = 520 degrees
omega 6 to omega 3 ratio = 12:1
+high in vitamin E
68%omega -9 fatty acids(anti cancer + more)
Ideal omega 6 to omega 3 ratio is 13:1 or something so oils that are too low or two high are not as healthy(allegedly)
you can find charts about oils with a google...very interesting for those who cook their own food
