“Yeah, I believe the earth is flat,” Gracie told ESPN MMA (transcribed by Bloody Elbow). “Ultimately, no one really knows. Until you get into a rocket and you can fly up and really see, but I just have some doubts on some of these things. I just don’t know if there’s enough information for me to believe that the earth is spinning.”

I guess he missed all those rockets that already “flew up and really saw.”

But let’s be fair to Gracie and the rest of the Flat Boys and give them a chance to explain why the earth is more like a frisbee than a kickball. For that, we’ll hearken back to his conversation with Eddie Bravo in 2017, also transcribed by Bloody Elbow.

“From what I’ve collected in the universe, from what I’ve seen, I think there’s more things proving that the earth is flat, than it is spinning at a million miles per hour — or actually 666 per hour, which is f—king interesting,” Gracie said. “You’re telling me that we’re spinning, and we’re spinning around the sun, and the sun is shooting down this f—king shit, and we’re just sitting here chillin’ on this podcast like no big deal?? That’s always been crazy to me. It was just a baffling thing to try and grasp. So now I understand, and I really believe that the earth is flat, more so than the earth is round.”

This is ground control, to Major Kron...

Kron Gracie gives fact-based, believable argument to support ‘flat earth’ theory (just kidding, he sounds nuts)

He sounds dumb. Really dumb.

I don't eat meat... But I eat sushi every day. (Depleting the sea is ok)

The earth is flat and it's a matter of opinion.
Yeeeeah right .

Bro you're good at grappling. Congratulations.
For the rest... Ouch

Science illiterate tards like this used to drive me nuts.

Stop using every single device programmed and developed based
off the standard physics and cosmological models then...

Like your computer, internet, cell phone and every single device in the hospital

Use flat earth inventions developed with their formulas instead
and let me know how that shit works out for ya

Oh wait there are no flat earth mathematical formula devices
or inventions. Never mind

Fuckin tard

PS - Walk everywhere and don't drive your car either dipshit.
Automobiles use standard science models to function as well...

The earth isnt flat but i dont believe were being told the truth about why the center of the earth is hot. It should have cooled down already being that we had a ice age and its been millions of years. Some artificial source is causing this.

Cold earth theory. Spread the word

Onetrickpony @Onetrickpony is that a (hilarious) joke or can you source that so I can tell everyone all the time
This is his quote.

“I never had the chance to study because I had to help my parents feed my younger brothers and sisters,” Palhares said. “I started working when I was 10 years old. My family was big and poor, and we went through a lot of difficulties.”

“We would get up at 4 a.m., have some breakfast, and take lunch to the fields, where we would work until 5 p.m. every day of the week,” Palhares said. “There were times that money was so tight that we had to eat animal feed. We would eat the feed that we gave the pigs.

Big nog has talked about his child like intelligence before as have others. Google around and you’ll find what I’m talking about.

My grandpa was pulled out of school in grade 2 to work on the farm. He never learned to read but became a millionaire through hard work. My grandma did all the books and read to him every day. I had no idea about any of this till I was realeased from jail on the condition I lived and worked on the farm while I awaited trial. During that time my grandpa (who was supposed to be taking psychological meds but went off them) went after my grandma during lunch and I jumped in between them to stop it. I found out a shit ton of stuff about my mom taking bearings for her sisters and brother, what my grandpas life had been like and that he’d never apologized for hurting anyone till he phoned my mom crying about attacking me.

I’m not saying Paul Harris was justified in his long holds but I can sympathize with the way he was brought up and the anger that he must have had inside because of it.

I was pissed that no one had explained it to me sooner. I found out about why both my parents were so distant with me when I was an adult. It explained so much about my childhood but I couldn’t understand why they didn’t tell me sooner. I made a promise to myself I would never hide anything from my kids the way my parents hid their past from me. My son has turned out awesome because of that but both my wife and him have said things to my parents (I.e. I was considering working in a mine for cash but ultimately decided I’d rather have less money and be with my family than more cash and miss my son growing up. My wife flat out told this to my parents while I was in the washroom during supper one night, my dad was a long distance trucker and I only saw him 1-2 days a month from the time I was 8 till I was 18 and my mom took her masters and PhD to make more for the family but consequently had no relationship with me, my brother later told me that my wife said ‘Vince would never go away to work and leave Rex because that’s what was done to him and he made a promise not to do that to his son’. While this was completely the truth, I can’t imagine how it ripped my parents apart) that they shouldn’t have. I will never sugar coat or give a kid version of an answer to my son. I have always treated him as an adult and he’s always treated me the same way. I’m not saying my way is right but I have a better relationship with my son than any other parents I know.

I think it is the right way...my folks were 95% honest with me and I hold nothing back from anyone in any interaction(for better or for worse lol) but at least people know where I stand.

Time with your growing kids is something that you can't get back...Hard to realize this at the time I am sure

An honest family is the best formula IMO...even if it hurts sometimes(your wife was just being honest)

I don't have kids but I would/will do the same if that situation arises in my life.

Far too little truth and honest communication in the world IMO

Just my take as one in 6 billion
