It depends if the good are imports or exports. If the stuff is coming in from China, it's the Chinese paying the tariffs.
Uh.. are you sure about that?

"White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow on Sunday acknowledged that the Chinese do not directly pay tariffs on goods coming into the U.S., contradicting President Donald Trump’s claims that China will pay for tariffs imposed by the U.S."
Kudlow acknowledges US will pay for China tariffs, contradicting Trump

Here’s how the current tariffs on goods coming into the US from China work: taxes are applied on goods coming in, and American importers are the ones responsible for paying them. Some absorb the cost; most pass them onto the consumer.
The US is responsible for paying trade tariffs on imports, not China

TRUMP: “Tariffs are NOW being paid to the United States by China of 25 per cent on 250 Billion Dollars worth of goods & products. These massive payments go directly to the Treasury of the U.S.”

THE FACTS: This is not how tariffs work. China is not writing a check to the U.S. Treasury. The tariffs are paid by American companies, which usually pass the cost on to consumers through higher prices. One of the theories is that the higher prices will encourage consumers to buy goods made in the U.S. or elsewhere instead. But the risk is that consumers could simply respond by spending less than they otherwise would, which would hurt growth.
Trump claims China will pay for tariffs — but the burden falls on U.S. businesses, consumers

This is a bold faced lie, and you know it.
You're slipping this morning.

Is it a lie? Based off what? Your assumptions?

Everyone has the right to stand up for themselves against an attacker throwing heat like that.

Nice victim blaming. Stay classy.
When, where and how did I blame the victim?

Blaming the victim would have required me to stick up for the attackers actions and justify them based off the actions of the victim. I did nothing of the sort.

Why are you debating someone with zero objectivity? We all saw what happened. Orange man bad, conservatives are all pussies. That tells me who he is.
Zero objectivity?

I stated very clearly the dude had the right to defend himself from an attacker. No one is justifying or has attempted to justify the chicks assault on him. I just observed he took it like a bitch and I doubt he could throw a counter punch. Do you not agree, he looked like someone not capable of defending himself from an attacker?

Where is the bias and lack of objectivity there?

Uh.. are you sure about that?
Yes. The same way the Canadian carbon tax technically is applied to corporations and not directly to individuals even though ultimately it's the consumers absorbing the cost. What Trump said is incredibly stupid, but it's not nearly as out to lunch as people are portraying.

You have an obvious bias and agenda.

The victim took that punch like a bitch... just saying.

Who knew 'leftist' dykes could beat most the 'right'.
Fucking leftist dykes tend to showcase this behavior. The guy did take it like a bitch though. Pisses me off. I would've given her the 3 piece with a soda. That's why I love it when some urban white chick (cashmeousside) type girl punches a black dude and instantly regrets her life decisions. You can't hit someone because you have a disagreement. Hit someone and expect to get hit back...

The Chinese are not paying tariffs on the goods entering America. Spin it how you want, you're incorrect.

I agree except for I think Biden can win. No way in hell is PA going Republican again this time around. If Trump wins in 2020 I honestly believe it's the last Republican president we'll ever have because of demographics. Arizona will be Blue soon along with North Carolina and Georgia and the final nail in the coffin will be Texas in our lifetime...

That's right: this man says The Lord—the Almighty God who created the Universe, and who exists in the realm beyond space and time—told him this coin is the "point of contact" between people praying for President Trump's success. And it's only $45! And, as luck would have it, the same guy who spoke to God Himself about this coin is also selling the coin, right now!

"Every day, when you see it, remember: God put something in your hand that you have a role in," says Doctor Lance. If you'd like it in your hand, God accepts major credit cards. The chyron very charitably calls this a "donation."

"That's why we've got to pray," Doctor Lance continued, attempting to establish an in-group mentality where The American Way of Life is under siege, and the only way to save it is to pray while holding this 45-dollar coin. "Because they think we're crazy. But we're actually the sane ones."

Flynn told Mueller that people tied to Trump and Congress tried to obstruct probe
Former national security adviser Michael Flynn told investigators that people linked to the Trump administration and Congress reached out to him in an effort to interfere in the Russia probe, according to newly-unredacted court papers filed Thursday.

The court filing from special counsel Robert Mueller is believed to mark the first public acknowledgement that a person connected to Capitol Hill was suspected of engaging in an attempt to impede the investigation into Russian election interference.

“The defendant informed the government of multiple instances, both before and after his guilty plea, where either he or his attorneys received communications from persons connected to the Administration or Congress that could’ve affected both his willingness to cooperate and the completeness of that cooperation," says the newly-revealed section of a sentencing memo originally filed in December.

Flynn even provided a voicemail recording of one such communication, the court papers say.

Prosecutors did not identify any of the people who reached out to Flynn, but said the special counsel's office was in some instances "unaware of the outreach until being alerted to it by the defendant."

No other details were provided in the filing, but the Mueller report noted that President Donald Trump's personal lawyer left a voicemail message for Flynn in late November 2017 that addressed the possibility of him cooperating with the government.

"t wouldn't surprise me if you've gone on to make a deal with ... the government," the attorney said in the voicemail message, according to Mueller.

f... there's information that implicates the President, then we've got a national security issue [so] ... we need some kind of heads up. Just for the sake of protecting all our interests if we can .... [R]emember what we've always said about the President and his feelings toward Flynn and, that still remains."

In a separate court filing, Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered federal prosecutors to file a transcript of the voicemail message, as well as transcripts of any other recordings of Flynn including his conversations with Russian officials.

I guess we will know who these people are as soon as the Mueller report comes out because surely he prosecuted them. Seems like a serious matter.

It’s kind if funny when you read media reports. They said Trump told his atty to lie. Barr testifies exactly what Trump did and why. It made perfect sense. It wasn’t anything like the media reported. Lots of nothingburgers people hang their hats on.

If this was a thing use your head. Did anyone get prosecuted for this? Yawn Mueller already went after everyone first then the report came out. This fact seems lost on some.

Perfect example is Acosta’s tweet that he misquoted and omitted what Trump said in order to paint him in a bad light just the other day. There is actual video of Trump’s speech and Acosta still lied. The gullible still need hope I suppose.
