The Allfathers will grant him excess power, he will finally wear Megingjord & go bersercker and kill another reality Thanos with his bare hands.
Then in Thor 5 he will become Rune King Thor and fart on Captain Marvel blasting her out of binary mode.
She'll then realize her inferiority and offer to be his herald.
Galactus will see this and send Silver Surfer to kick her ass in a fit of rage, then Thor will steal Silver Surfer as his new herald and Scarlet Witch will be in Thor's stable of hoes with Gamora and Valkyrie(who turns back to hetero after seeing Thor's magic "belt").
