Tether is bullshit till proven otherwise.

If Tether is bullshit, as it probably is, the whole house is about to burn down.

A different fiat transfer is needed that is accountable or you can see the entire space go to zero in no time. Well not zero eveyrwhere. The fall back will be to bitcoin as the rest of the space gets murdered. People will then sacrifice losses and bitcoin will flatten to.... a sub 1000?maybe lower.

Current pricing for coins like bitcoin are based on fiat backing (ironically), store of wealth for exchange (fiat and electricity money spent mining), perception. All of that goes under until the currency gets a better usability, which is not coming until full lightning networks are adopted with easier to use wallets. And while the tech is getting better and better, the politics and pump and dumps are threatening the rest.

Who the hell was buying at 19,000 while we were getting rich over here?? oohhh that's how it works trading!

It's worth exactly what people "feel" it is worth. I didn't touch any of it.

if people can't quantify how much something should be worth, then they're throwing darts & praying the price goes up

I get a lot of the crypto gurus retweeted into my twitter feed, these guys might be the most full of shit of any touts I've ever seen

At this point I've stopped even checking my account.

Best advice Splinty @Splinty gave in this thread, was to only invest as much as you can afire to lose.
