all things considered, yeah
I argue 1) anything prior to BCS era does not matter much 2) UGA is the best team to not win a title in that period 3) UGA is above all but a few teams, title or not, in that period
tOSU, Alabama, Florida, now Clemson, Oklahoma are above UGA. But I think there is a good argument UGA is the 6th or 7th best team of the last 20+ years.
if they ever win a title or more, they'll jump up that list due to consistency

But UGA always finds a way to lay an egg. Even if they are the best in the country.
not sure they have ever been the best. they have been close enough to win

We'll lose today but UofL is night and day from last year. Last year, they quit. This year they play hard for 60 minutes.
