An 18 year old can join the military and be deployed to kill for his country but yet he isn’t responsible enough to smoke a cig or drink a beer?
You can buy a rifle or shotgun at 18 but can't smoke. I reckon the forefathers never figured they would need an amendment to grant the right to booze and smokes. Or the gun lobby is just stronger than tobacco these days.

Not to pick at this one much but... Choice has been around for years. It has been expanded a bit and tweaked under Trump but it started under the Obama administration. So well done to the Trump admin for trying to make it better but taking credit for it outright is just incorrect.
