@Rob Maysey starts the MMAFA in earnest, attempting to smother it in litigation alleging misuse of privileged information before it can get off the ground.
@ErikMagraken can certainly answer better than me, but my regular guy guess would be that they have to hand in their official IRS statements because lying to a court gets you in a little bit of shit.
