I mainly remember him being another of Mike Shanahan the coach/GM's late round pick/undrafted 1000 yard rushers. Shannie had a run of those guys putting up 1000+yds.

Funny story about him was when he showed up for his first practice.
First day of practice, the coaches are asking new guys what and where did you play. Trying to get an idea if you're a waste of time or not. Mike tells them he didn't play high school ball. They basically tell him to take a hike and they can't use him.
He starts to walk off and one of the coaches stops him and tells him that if he listens to everything he says he'll find out how good both of them are. Worked out I guess.
Funny thing was, a few days later were hanging around after practice. Someone asks Anderson why he didn't play in high school. He tells us that he was always one of the bigger guys so the coaches would put him on the o line and he wanted to be a running back. I asked what did he do then.
"I played drums in the marching band"

Kid has all the skills it seems, but some real poor play in spurts and hasn't run a huddle yet.
Could be really good, saw him play growing up...the kid is huge and fast...kind of a new breed huge arm with mobility.

The problem with this kid imo is the system he ran in college. It’s his only “knock” but it’s a big one to NFL teams. Don’t get me wrong though... He could be an awesome draftee but I expect Tua to go above him.
I predict 6-6 and a bowl invite. Don’t quote me on that brotha!
That's been the thing with these guys for a while now. They're not really getting set to run an offense in the NFL. How many college quarterbacks can turn their back to the defense and then find a receiver these days?

He had a great offensive line, receivers and running backs. A lot of mediocre quarterbacks would look good with that.

Truth be told me either but I honestly think the coach you guys pulled is capable of correcting the minor corrections that Chad wasn’t able to. Chad was also dealt a shittier hand imo in terms of team personnel but that’s not here nor there at this point. I truthfully believe this coach knows how to navigate the SEC better than damn near everyone you guys could’ve hired. Lane is probably the miss but he’s a wildcard at best.
The one thing I’ll absolutely give Tua credit for is his ability to read a defense and go through his progressions. Alabama’s OLine during his Sophomore and Junior seasons wasn’t up to the level of the past Lines Satan put together. He went more for skill guys imo. More of a spread philosophy if I dare say.
Lane got told to fuck off. Jimmy Sexton tried to play games after Yurachek talked to Lane and Yurachek said never mind.
Chad was a good recruiter but incompetent. His decisions were questionable at best. He's good at not being a head coach

If that’s the case then I stand by my statement even more. Pitt is an asset and I for one and excited and scared AF of what the SEC west has and is becoming. You guys did an outstanding job imo. 6-6...
