I can't tell you whether to add more nutes. I'm assuming this is ruderalis, so based on that assumption I can say discontinue veg nutes if you haven't already done so. It looks nice and healthy, so you may want to up your nutes slightly to see how the plant reacts, then if you get a slight burn, back off and you'll knkw your threshold this this specified strain. Each strain has their own needs. Another thing you could do is don't push it and just go with the feed schedule recommended by the manufacturer and try to be on cruise control (this doesn't always work, especially if you are using tap water instead of reverse osmosis). Bottom line, I would feed, feed, flush. I don't like how close this is to other vegging plants and don't like that flowering nutes will then percolate and affect other root masses, but nothing can be done about that at this point unless you want to CAREFULlY dig the others up and replant. It is an easy process based on their size, but without someone walking you through this, you might do more harm than good, break too many roots, put them into shock, then be in fucksville.
