Yeah but that's the one that was low level. It's not clear that dog contracted the disease. It probably didn't.
Most likely it just acts as a vector but highlights how respiratory droplets can transmit in weird ways.
Banning the eating of dogs won't change that.
So are you on record as being pro dog eating? You heartless Neanderthal.

This is interesting, but I became skeptical as he mentioned everything west of Syria.
Then the idiots in the Italian ministry thought it would be a good idea to put out some stupid "anti-racist" propaganda, Paid for by the Chinese ministry, early February.

Brilliant, on the Chinese part.
Foolish, of the politically correct.

I should've taken a screen shot of that video.
When I first watched 2 weeks ago it had 81 likes & 2 dislikes.

Now look at the ratio...LOL

1.4 in China through end of January and getting better
https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2002032
Keep in mind why it's better.
Families have been torn apart, thousands beaten, government suppression, buildings welded shut, Lysol cannons in the streets, totalitarianism in full-force.
Americans are not prepared for that, physically, psychologically or materially.

If the RO is 1.4 for the Chinese, the same genetics, climate, and measures would have to be assumed to attempt to mirror those numbers.

What a bunch of morons. I haven't been to a Costco warehouse in years. Everything is on their website and after you exceed $75 shipping is free on most items, and they arrive within 2 days. Probably 10 brands of toilet paper to choose from.

ours is always packed, always hard to find parking spot year round.
I rolled thru a week ago and grabbed some stuff

but I always keep 4 months of goods in, around, and under the house.

Really is not a good spot to be if you are worried about being exposed to anything...hundreds of employees who are exposed to thousands of customers daily...do that math and it the perfect storm to spread something bad if this is in fact that bad.

I think it will be everywhere if it is what they say it is...gonna come down to your immune system.

Shhhhhh, don't tell them.
unless you hermit, you will be exposed to almost all the viruses...not saying I wanna be in a store with 500 random folks who may or may not be carrying a bug.

Do they deliver like 200lbs of stuff at a time? If everybody ordered that much how would the logistics work out?

If you buy pallets, they will deliver pallets. Personally I just get what I need, which based on me living alone and the store being costco is always way more than I need. If you or anyone else feels the need to stock up on 2 years of mre's, 5 years of water, or 50 years of tampons, they'll deliver. Knock yourself out. And guess what? If they sell out there is still a zillion other stores online (but don't tell anyone, since I love looking at the news with lines out the door and empty shelves).

Interdasting
I will give it a try

I mainly go to costco for the samples...but that doesn't sound as fun right now...mainly because of the crowd, but also the potential sick folks

What type of vehicle do they deliver in?

Heard today they have to wipe down every cart inbetween usage...sounds silly considering the massive crowd and everybody touching everything up in there.

They use fedex, ups, and usps for most everything. For refrigerated foods, they might use a different company since it's coming directly from a Costco location close to you, but not sure. My last order was delivered half fedex and half ups. Don't remember which had the food and which had the other items.

I assumed a couple weeks ago it was all over the west coast.
Live healthy as possible food and sleep wise. Stay positive.

To think this thing is quarantinable is probably unrealistic...the world is too interlinked.

Just my opinion, I could be totally off.
