In America there are millions and millions of acres that are managed by the federal government and held in trust for the public. In this case, the federal government was going to lease some of the public land to be used for oil development. The current administration tried to pull a fast one and turn a buck off the land, this judge told them to kick rocks.

A large portion of the population has very limited vocabulary and likely "antibodies and vaccine" aren't something they understand.
