Happened to me and an ex 20 years ago. We were driving on 95 in Baltimore when the car in front of me quickly swerved out of the way of someone who was at a dead stop while we were going 50-55. Of the course the guy behind couldn’t get out of the way in time and wound up under our read axle. My rental car was towed by a state contracted tow company to a Baltimore junkyard with all of my luggage in the trunk. They wouldn’t even let me near the car without paying 180 bucks for the towing fee. The rental company tried to send their own tow service but since this was a pile up on an interstate highway we had to use the state contracted company who knew they could rape everyone in that accident otherwise we’d be stuck in their shithole fucking junkyard all night. Fuckers.
