wanna take a guess at how prevalent those diseases are in the US?
very very prevalent, a very unhealthy population in the USA
but part of the point of that statistic is all those that die with covid, didn't necessarily die from covid
the more pre-existing conditions you have the less likely covid was actually the thing that killed a person

not trying to sound insensitive
That study is more about mislabeling or possibly mislabeling a percentage of the deaths. Not so much about a countries overall health.

Sanctions have actually helped the Russian economy in many ways, even if its royally fucked them in others. If drunk retards like Yeltsin were still in charge listening to the bullshit junk economics of Jeffrey Sachs (the US State Department) they'd still be completely dependent on resources (not that they aren't still too dependent) and foreign companies would own any limited productive capacity they have.

At least now they can actually make some shit for themselves.
