On today’s episode Carbazel @Carbazel and I are joined by 6 levels BJJ owner and founder Jonathan Burke. This is a cant miss conversation with a true OG of the MMA and BJJ world. A New Yorker that travelled across the country to train with the great Royce Gracie prior to UFC 1. Hear some of his incredible stories of coming up in the gym and traveling to corner Royce during his run in Japan’s Pride fighting championships. He also talks about his new project 6L tactical and ways to constantly improve your ability to protect yourself. Oh yeah and he trained Al Bundy !!!!!!!

Audio will be up later but wanted to get this amazing interview out as soon as possible

Seriously, great podcast, Jon's got a ton of great stories, some of his Helio stories are incredible and funny. I owe him a lot in my life these last 14 years, he is my big brother

Please get him on again and ask about early day mma stories. He’s a good story teller

Fantastic episode, probably your second best guest ever (after me of course ;)). You should for sure have him back on to hear more stories.

Forgot to give you guys some love for this podcast. One of the best I’ve heard in quite a while. His insight and stories about the early days with Royce were tremendous. I’ve went through some old episodes and I found it pretty cool that you guys didn’t totally shit all over Chuck vs. Tito 3, even if it was warranted.
