They have electric scooters here that belong to the city. You swipe your card and jump on and go. Me and my friends still haven't figured it out yet, we always try to get them going while on the pub crawl. But you see people on them all over.
Same with mopeds and small motorbikes. You don't need a license for them, they ride them on the pavements here. By small motorbikes I mean like a fucken clown would ride at the circus, people use them to get about on here

The richest nation on earth still has people that can't afford food. Something is wrong here. It's not because of scarcity and rationing. It's a choice that people are starving or living on handouts. If someone gives to charity that's nice, if someone has to rely on charity something has gone wrong.
You're complaining the richest nation in the world (USA! USA! USA!) is able to provide the less fortunate with sustenance due to the tragic situation the world is in right now because of China and their disgusting practices with wildlife farming?
People having funds to own a car and pay for gas but incapable of going 2 weeks without a check before running out of funds to by food sounds more like a personal responsibility issue in terms of household budgets.
Many people live on handouts simply because it's easier to do that than to get a fucking job. It's tough to regulate laziness.
