it's question of ergonomics. the pistol has a really short sight radius, which means that you can have a much larger field-of-view when firing. Most people can hit a man-size target from 20 ft just by pointing in the direction and pulling the trigger. Some people advocate for Point of Aim sighting, where you don't even use the sights on the firearm.

The AK47 fires a marginally more energetic round, but it's not a cover/concealment difference in the mall. It's also a longer sight radius, which means that it can be fired with more precision over a given distance, but the area you can 'see' is very small.

in most of the situations where we talk about a mass shooting, a short sight radius and the ability to engage in multiple directions quickly would be an advantage for increasing weapon retention (getting flanked and overrun) and engaging a lot of targets before they scatter.

it's kind of awkwardly morbid, but pistols are probably the best choice.

I want you to repost this but with more humility and without sounding like a know-it-all.

Thanks.

Terrible move.

Not because of what they did but how they did it.

Trudeau would take every right we have away and make himself "dear leader" if you let him.

This should have gone through parliament but instead they rammed it through during this.

Just like they wanted to give the Liberals the ability to tax and spend without parliament's approval.

While they may be doing some good things they are trying to swing every underhanded move they can during this.

Is it okay to criticize JT or is it considered racist because he used to be black?...

Well, this only solidifies Canadian's well-deserved reputation of being less violent and friendlier than Americans. Even their AK-47s are nicer.

Wonderful people!

Namaste.
