yep, americans have no problem with violence and swearing but nudity is a no no. Except for hbo, they dont give a fuck and show you cocks no matter what show you watch
Showtime is pretty much the same first episode of the second season of The L Word this chick was going to town between her girl's legs...but HBO holds precedence for sure.
I used to watch a couple of "reality" shows one called Gigolos where full on sex scenes were going on where full male and female nudity/penetration etc and the other about polyamory...so they ain't too shy. They were heavily scripted but a couple of the guys on Gigolos were super hot so I didn't mind looking
